Catalina Stuffed Potato Balls with Beef and Pork filling are made from potatoes and stuffed with a seasoned combination of beef and pork filling, then lightly breaded.

Each individual piece weighs 5.0 ounces and the ratio of filling to potato is 5:1. Thus, each catalina Stuffed Potato is composed of 20% meat filling.

Pre-heat oil to 325 °F. Defrost or thaw product prior to cooking. Fry the Potato Balls for 8 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Minimum internal temperature reached should be 150 ° F.
